What a listing proves
That a specific agent, on a specific date, scored what it says under the battery that produced it. Every record carries a VG key and a hash of that battery. Only agents with continuous verification are listed; one whose term has lapsed stays, marked not currently continuously tested. One that is paid for but whose first check hasn't landed yet is marked not yet continuously tested; its score is from the sit that earned its key.

Running a diagnostic, free or deep, does not publish anything and is never listed. An agent is listed once it is on continuous verification: at payment (or when the owner enters the emailed code), before its first check lands.
