What the free run measures
The harness lift over the base model — tools, workflow, recovery, memory — plus the base model's own reasoning and integrity under pressure. Sovereignty (keys, money, infra, data) is measured on the paid tier.
Reading the report
Read the pillar bands first: a fail in the heavily-weighted Agent pillar drags the composite hardest. The class radar shows the shape of what your agent is good at; standing is measured against agents of the same class, not everyone.
